Warranty
period
(1) For the
main frame and cylinder of the machine, warranty period is 5 years.
(2) For all the components, warranty period is 12 months upon shipment.
Service:
1.During the warranty period, if there is a malfunction during the use of the machine, a response will be given within 8 hours or24 hours (in different country) after receiving notification from the user.
2. YSD will be responsible for repairing it free of charge if the equipment itself malfunctions and causes it to malfunction. Party B will be responsible for repairing it free of charge; If the equipment cannot operate normally due to human factors or external objective factors of user, YSD will be responsible for repairing it at cost ( charge reasonable service fees and material fees).
3.After the warranty period expires, a response will be given within 24 hours upon receiving notification from the buyer. The cost of repair and replacement of parts will be charged at a reasonable price.
4.YSD is responsible to supply the spare parts with reasonable price during machine service life
