1. The drive solution of ABB inverter to control AC asynchronous motor is an international general technology, mature, high-end and reliable.
The drive mode is the core key technology of electric screw press. Our company draws on the mainstream electric screw press drive system in the world-that is, the AC asynchronous motor drive solution driven by frequency conversion technology; after long-term operation practice, it has been proved that this solution has many unique advantages:

Every instruction such as striking steps, energy control, system lubrication, fault self-diagnosis, etc. can be completed intelligently, quickly and accurately. There are also abundant expansion interfaces reserved, which can be easily connected to infrared safety monitoring, automatic graphite spraying, automatic feeding, etc., making it more convenient to upgrade the automatic forging line.
6. Energy closed-loop control makes each strike more accurate.
The special energy monitoring technology developed by YSD Intelligence forms a closed-loop control with the drive system, so that the energy of each strike can be fully used for forging as much as possible, avoiding the excess energy from acting on the forging die, thereby greatly improving the life of the die, while reducing the die cost and reducing the downtime for changing the die.
6. YSD intelligent electric screw has higher strength and a long-term allowable load of 1.6 times the nominal pressure.
